SHIPPING
We offer an Australia-wide flat rate of $10 standard shipping. Currently we do not offer express shipping as there have been significant delays with this service and we find that our courier service via Sendle is achieving speedy delivery times. Please reach out to us if you have specific concerns. NZ postage is $21 and International postage is calculated at the checkout according to weight. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.Â
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICYÂ
We offer store credit should you wish to exchange an item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer an exchange within a 2 week period from the date of delivery, provided that the item is returned as new and in original packaging. Please contact our customer care team via email at contact@twomamans.com for a return address.
Once the item is received, we will arrange a store credit or organise the delivery of a new chosen item, depending on availability. Â
All exchange items will incur a new postage fee.Â
